Dosage:
1 to 2 capsules orally *30 mins before bedtime.

Contraindications:
Do not take before driving or operating machinery. Not for use by pregnant women, severe asthmatics and infants under 1 year. Children under 12 and electro-sensitives, half dose. Asphalia is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Contains no animal materials added sugars, colourants or preservatives. Gluten free. Store in a cool, dry place.
